Dear Merilyn,
Today as I was swithcing chanels on tv I came upon your program and was delighted to hear you. It has been several years that I have been wanting to thank you. I am from Latvia and curently visiting my daughter in the U.S. and when I saw your program it has encouraged me why I have not done this. I just want to thank you my sister in Crist for your life and ministry. I am from former soviet union and have many times felt a nudge and calling from God to be in the ministry to speak to churches but has always been afraid of it, women were not aloud to preach and speak in churches. I understud that He was calling me but would not step over my fear. But when God has brought you to Latvia you became a first example of a women speaker. You have visited Latvia several times and I made sure to visit your conferences, I learned so much from you. I wanted to say thank you for beeing and example to me of how women can bee in sevise in the ministry that regardless of our placement in society or gender God will use us if we let Him. iN 1994-1995 you had cruse conferences in Russia on rivers Volga and Dnepr. And I was able to participate, it was a wonderful time of felowship with your team. On that trip I received two miracles. First I was healed fizicly and second I received a prophesy from you. From as long as I can remember I had a dream that nobady knew about not my husband, not my parents or my children. A dream I had baried long time ago thinking it was not realistic. But when God spoke to me through you things He opend to me through the prophesy turned my world upside down. Now I can say that I am in the ministry serving God, writing and speaking. I have writen three books of wich one has been published second is being edited for print and the trird I am twicking and puting final touches on. The first book i wrote seven years ago it’s the one am thats geting edited for print and it’s called Help him succeed. The scond book I wrote two years ago but published first is called Men that know their secrets. and the thrid book that I am still working on is called How to walk in front of living. I believe God will give more word and more books. But after watching your program just reminded me how I heve never thanked you for the impact that you had on my life. I thank God for you and you ministry. You are a wonderfull exampe of a woman in ministry, serving God. I pray that God will bless you ubundetly and you home and ministry.
